And we recognise the importance of including social, cultural and economic elements into our operations.

As part of our commitment to improving the living standards of our employees, we have put in place the following initiatives:

  • Paying all employees above the minimum wage.
  • Job share arrangements for primary child carers.
  • Providing our tenured employees with access to interest free-loans where they are able to set their own repayment schedule.
  • Upskilling and training our staff in basic work skills and providing staff with access to free English as a Second Language and numeracy training.
  • Identifying new employment pathways.
  • Committing financial resources to selected community-based social enterprises with business models that deliver demonstrated social value to develop individual skills and knowledge within the facilities maintenance industry.
