Paul Savory

Paul is an owner and director of Total Group. He spent a decade with investment bank Goldman Sachs, servicing financial advisors at the large retail banks, before purchasing Total Group. Paul has a passion for service delivery and his experience in customer service ensures Total Group consistently meets the demands of our customer base. Paul has a Bachelor of Commerce and a Diploma of Commerce from The University of Auckland.

Stephen Jancys

Steve is an owner and director of Total Group. Prior to joining Total Group, Steve was based in New York as an executive director at UBS, a Swiss investment bank where he was an equity research analyst. Steve brings a wealth of relationship and client services expertise to Total Group. He has a can-do attitude that complements the core values of the business. Steve has a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Arts from The University of Auckland. He is also a chartered accountant.

Patsy McIntosh

Head of cleaning operations

Patsy is responsible for overseeing Total Group’s cleaning operations. She has more than 20 years of facilities maintenance experience, a strong customer focus and takes a direct and passionate interest in Total Group’s performance and service delivery standards, across all cleaning service contracts.

Guy joined Total Group in July 2021 and is responsible for overseeing Total Group’s Quality Assurance programme and the relationship management of our enterprise-sized accounts. With more than 15 years of facilities management experience at Fujifilm Business Innovation NZ Ltd, Guy’s focus is on providing outstanding customer service and building strong business relationships through respect and professionalism.

Kevin van Walen

Project Manager and Head of Business Development

Kevin joined Total Group in 2017 and is responsible for leading the company’s reactive and programmed maintenance services division. With two decades of experience in project management and servicing commercial properties, he plays a key role in determining and implementing strategic plans for Total Group’s Maintenance operations and also in assisting our clients in programmed maintenance plans for their commercial property portfolios.

As a registered building professional, Stuart has a real passion for customer service and for delivering jobs for clients on time and within budget. With over three decades of experience in project management and servicing commercial properties, Stuart is able to leverage his knowledge and expertise for the benefit of Total Group’s maintenance clients.
